Terms of Sale

It is illegal to download, screenshot or save any images owned by Caitlyn Beer Photography without purchasing, those found to do so will be invoiced.

Images will be delivered via a link sent by email. Digital download links expire after 30 days, it is the purchases responsibility to download images before expiry. A storage facility fee may apply after this time if images need to be located and resent. 

Caitlyn Beer photography retains copyright and all moral rights in each image produced and retains ownership of all original captures and processed files supplied. You may use the images supplied for personal use only such as social media or use within your home. Additional usage will attract additional usages fees – this can be included in a quote if required. The License is not transferable and the images may not be passed-on or on-sold to any third party or parties without prier written permission from Caitlyn Beer photography. These include but are not limited to commercial purposes, photographic competitions, sponsorship promotions or to turn a profit. 

The purchaser understands at all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once an order has been placed image/s will then be processed and the final image/s will be personally edited, this includes colour correction, lighten/darken and strighten/crop. All watermark coverings will be removed.
